Select the send and receive networks in the widget. Each must match the corresponding wallet or withdrawal platform. Availability can change and may differ between fixed and floating rates; the current quote determines whether your selection is supported.
Enter your amount to check the current rate, minimum, maximum (if any) and estimated receive amount. Compare what you receive, not just the headline rate. Your sending wallet may charge a separate network fee. Floating quotes can change; fixed quotes have an expiry and deposit conditions.
Save your order link. Send the requested asset and amount to the deposit address on the specified network, following the order deadline. A confirmed deposit still needs exchange processing and an outgoing transfer; completion time is not guaranteed.
Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.
Contact exchange supportCardano and Zcash operate on different technical foundations — Cardano uses proof-of-stake consensus while Zcash relies on proof-of-work mining — making direct swaps useful for traders shifting between these distinct ecosystems. Users commonly swap ADA to ZEC when rebalancing across privacy-focused and smart-contract platforms, or when moving value to Zcash's optional shielded pools.
Open the exchange widget and select ADA as the send currency and ZEC as the receive currency. The widget shows the live rate and the minimum amount for this pair.
Enter the amount of ADA you want to exchange and choose a fixed or floating rate.
Paste your ZEC wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. Select the network your wallet supports -- the receive network must match where your address lives.
Create the order, save its link and send ADA to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving ZEC requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
Before swapping, verify that your ADA send address and ZEC receive address are on the same network — both Cardano's native network and BNB Smart Chain are supported, and mismatched networks will cause the swap to fail or delay. Check your source wallet to confirm which network your ADA sits on, then select the matching network when entering your ZEC receive address. Confirmation times vary depending on network congestion, so allow time for both the outbound ADA transaction and the inbound ZEC settlement to complete. Review the rate and fees shown before you confirm, as they lock in at that moment. Double-check your ZEC address for typos — ZEC addresses are case-sensitive, and sending to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
