Select the send and receive networks in the widget. Each must match the corresponding wallet or withdrawal platform. Availability can change and may differ between fixed and floating rates; the current quote determines whether your selection is supported.
Enter your amount to check the current rate, minimum, maximum (if any) and estimated receive amount. Compare what you receive, not just the headline rate. Your sending wallet may charge a separate network fee. Floating quotes can change; fixed quotes have an expiry and deposit conditions.
Save your order link. Send the requested asset and amount to the deposit address on the specified network, following the order deadline. A confirmed deposit still needs exchange processing and an outgoing transfer; completion time is not guaranteed.
Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.
Contact exchange supportEthereum (ETH) traders often swap to Stellar (XLM) to move value between platforms or chains at a lower cost, since XLM settles quickly with minimal fees. ETH is available across multiple networks, so you can choose the send route that matches your holdings, while XLM receives on the Stellar network with a memo requirement for deposit addresses on custodial platforms.
Open the exchange widget and select ETH as the send currency and XLM as the receive currency. The widget shows the live rate and the minimum amount for this pair.
Enter the amount of ETH you want to exchange and choose a fixed or floating rate.
Paste your XLM wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. If your wallet or platform requires a Memo, enter it exactly; funds sent without a required one can be delayed or lost.
Create the order, save its link and send ETH to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving XLM requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
Before swapping, verify that your ETH is on a supported network—Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, Base, and others are all available. Make sure the network you select for sending matches where your ETH currently sits, as sending from the wrong network will cause the swap to fail. Your XLM will arrive on the Stellar network, which requires a memo when depositing to exchange wallets or hosted services; if your receiving address shows a memo field, include it exactly in your swap settings. Check the receiving address and memo one more time before confirming, since Stellar memos ensure funds reach the correct account within the platform. Settlement times and network fees vary based on the ETH network you choose, so review the rates shown before you commit to the swap.
