Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.

Paste your USDT wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. Select the network your wallet supports -- the receive network must match where your address lives. If your wallet or platform requires a Memo, enter it exactly; funds sent without a required one can be delayed or lost.
Create the order, save its link and send TUSD to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving USDT requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
