Select the send and receive networks in the widget. Each must match the corresponding wallet or withdrawal platform. Availability can change and may differ between fixed and floating rates; the current quote determines whether your selection is supported.
Enter your amount to check the current rate, minimum, maximum (if any) and estimated receive amount. Compare what you receive, not just the headline rate. Your sending wallet may charge a separate network fee. Floating quotes can change; fixed quotes have an expiry and deposit conditions.
Save your order link. Send the requested asset and amount to the deposit address on the specified network, following the order deadline. A confirmed deposit still needs exchange processing and an outgoing transfer; completion time is not guaranteed.
Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.
Contact exchange supportZcash and Ethereum Classic operate on separate blockchains, making a direct swap useful for traders moving between privacy-focused assets and ETC's independent Proof-of-Work network. Since both ZEC and ETC are available on multiple networks, choosing the right send and receive chain can significantly affect your swap fees and settlement speed.
Open the exchange widget and select ZEC as the send currency and ETC as the receive currency. The widget shows the live rate and the minimum amount for this pair.
Enter the amount of ZEC you want to exchange and choose a fixed or floating rate.
Paste your ETC wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. Select the network your wallet supports -- the receive network must match where your address lives.
Create the order, save its link and send ZEC to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving ETC requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
Before swapping, verify that you are sending ZEC from the same network where you will receive ETC — for example, if you send from the Zcash mainnet, ensure your receiving wallet accepts ETC on the Ethereum Classic mainnet, or match both to the BNB Smart Chain if you prefer that route. Check your receiving address carefully and confirm it is an ETC address, not an address for another asset, since sending to an incorrect address type cannot be reversed. Network choice affects both the fees you pay and how long settlement takes, so review the networks available at your source and destination before confirming the swap.
