Select the send and receive networks in the widget. Each must match the corresponding wallet or withdrawal platform. Availability can change and may differ between fixed and floating rates; the current quote determines whether your selection is supported.
Enter your amount to check the current rate, minimum, maximum (if any) and estimated receive amount. Compare what you receive, not just the headline rate. Your sending wallet may charge a separate network fee. Floating quotes can change; fixed quotes have an expiry and deposit conditions.
Save your order link. Send the requested asset and amount to the deposit address on the specified network, following the order deadline. A confirmed deposit still needs exchange processing and an outgoing transfer; completion time is not guaranteed.
Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.
Contact exchange supportZcash to XRP swaps often serve traders moving between privacy-focused and enterprise-linked networks. ZEC's proof-of-work settlement and XRP's high transaction throughput appeal to different use cases, and both are available across multiple networks — your choice of network for each asset affects the fees and settlement pattern of your trade.
Open the exchange widget and select ZEC as the send currency and XRP as the receive currency. The widget shows the live rate and the minimum amount for this pair.
Enter the amount of ZEC you want to exchange and choose a fixed or floating rate.
Paste your XRP wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. If your wallet or platform requires a Destination Tag, enter it exactly; funds sent without a required one can be delayed or lost.
Create the order, save its link and send ZEC to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving XRP requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
Before you swap, verify that your sending wallet supports ZEC on the network you intend to use — ZEC trades on its native network and on BNB Smart Chain, and you must match your send network to your exchange route. Similarly, confirm which network your receiving wallet supports for XRP; if you receive on XRP Ledger, you will need to include a Destination Tag with your transaction, which your receiving platform or wallet should provide. Double-check both receiving addresses and any required identifier before you confirm, since switching networks mid-transaction or omitting a required tag can cause delays or delivery issues.
