Check the order status and your transaction in the network explorer. If the order expires, the amount is wrong or processing stalls, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending more funds. Recovery or a refund depends on the case.

Enter the amount of USDT you want to exchange and choose a fixed or floating rate.
Paste your TUSD wallet address into the recipient field and double-check it. Select the network your wallet supports -- the receive network must match where your address lives.
Create the order, save its link and send USDT to the deposit address using the network, amount and deadline shown. Receiving TUSD requires deposit confirmation, exchange processing and the outgoing transfer.
Before swapping, confirm which network your USDT is on and which network you need TUSD to arrive on — they must match to complete the exchange successfully. USDT on TON requires a memo identifier; if you are sending from TON, ensure your memo is included and correct. Check your receiving address and wallet's supported networks, since sending to an unsupported network will result in lost funds.
